Q/ I work Monday to Friday, is it possible to have my carpet fitted at the weekend?

A/ Although our office is open six days a week, our fitter only works Monday to Friday.


Q/ Can you repair damaged areas in my carpet?

A/ Sometimes it is possible to repair a carpet, rather than replace it. Please contact us and we will come and advise on the best course of action.


Q/ How much do you charge for an estimate or some advice?

A/ All estimates and advice are given free of charge with no obligations.


Q/ The job I have is very small, do you mind small jobs?

A/ No job is too small, although there is a minimum fee of £45.


Q/ How much do you charge?

A/ All prices are worked out per job, please call for a free estimate.


Q/ Can you supply my carpet and underlay?

A/ We don't supply carpet, although we do supply everything else you may require.


Q/ I would like a vinyl/wood floor fitted, do you do these?

A/ To keep a high standard of work we specialise in carpets, however, we can recommend some very good fitters for vinyl or wood flooring.


Q/ If the carpet causes my door to stick, will you cut the door?

A/ No, we do not provide that service, although we can give you the number of a recommended carpenter.


Q/ If I pay cash, will you give a discount?

A/ No. We will accept either cash or cheques (with a valid card). We do not give discounts, but we will never rip you off.
